2005 Slickdeals - No HDMI on that clearance $150 HDTV? PASS. I want a 60" Plasma for that price

2015 Slickdeals- 1280 x 768 on that $150 laptop? PASS. I'll buy when it has a 4K screen for 60 dollars.

Is 2022 the year of SSD DRAM being the deciding factor on a purchase?

Seriously though, I don't know if it really matters much on SATA SSDs as they are pretty limited by the SATA bus. You notice the slower right speeds more on an NVME drive.

Would this fail quickly or run poorly when full when used as a SSD in a NVR. Specifically the Ubiquiti Cloud Key Gen2?

Ex2 has slightly faster read speeds I think.. like 520mbit vs 480mbit

DVRs/NVRs are a particularly bad usage case for any SSD, as they are constantly writing. I once calculated that it would only take a few months for my Tivo to burn through the warranted endurance of a particular SSD. Of course, that doesn't mean it would actually fail that soon.

I dunno. The 2TB drive seems to have VERY good endurance (1.6K TBW I believe is a LOT even for a 2TB drive) so even if it's slow, I think this has its uses for storage.
