1. Dexley is bigger than Hyken. Depending on your size, one may be preferable over the other.
2. I have two Dexley chairs for 3 years. The bottom part of one of the chairs was broken, and it was replaced free of charge, after a phone call.
3. I reversed the armrest assembly of Dexley, the setup provides an additional support at the elbow area, and I can sit closer to the desk.
4. One slight negative, there is a slight play (about 5-10 degree) even though tilt lock is fully engaged on both of my Dexley chairs.
5. Beside these, no issues so far. Pretty comfortable WFH for the last a couple years.
These chairs were also sub $100 the BF before covid. Normally around $140. MSRP is artificially inflated to appear like a deal. $160 after fees? Get wrecked.

Gonna wait until a big problem before cashing in the 7 year warranty
IIn for a dexley as it sounds bigger for someone my size. 6ft 250lb
The WorkPro 1000 was about 120 earlier this summer and I got that. Very happy with it thus far. I prefer the aesthetics of the WorkPro 1000 (no weird silver two-tone legs/base like the Hyken). However, the Hyken's headrest is a good feature the WorkPro 1000 doesn't have.
What others have said is true. These used to go for much cheaper. In the past 6 months at least, I've been watching prices and it seems things have definitely stayed high due to inflation and other excuses (real or not real) that businesses and corporations are using these days. I think we just have to get used to the fact that these used to go for ~$100 and now are gonna be ~$150.
