Why the review is so bad? The BYD medical masks I got from Costco were pretty good.

For the idiots. Almost the entire us is red in terms of transmission, COVID is airborne, long COVID is real (and vaccines are poorly protective) and masks should be worn inside when air circulation is poor. HEPA filters and uvc should be invested in.

Received mine today. They are pretty thin, the earloops didn't feel tight to me and there is no Chemical smell.

They have 4 layers, they melt and do not burn and they don't leak water through the seams that people insist if you can see light then they let air in (windowslol?).

It says these make expire 3 years after manufacture date. Mine were made in June of 2020 so they are only good til June of 2023. I don't know how set in stone that is so it's something to keep in mind.

Would not have purchased had I known. Also noticed that they are the GB 2626-2006 KN95 standard, which was pre-covid. The newer standard is 2626-2019.

keep them in a hermetically sealed bag or container out of extreme heat and they will keep forever

you can make the earloops tighter by twisting each loop 180 degrees into a figure 8/infinity sign and then placing them around your ears that way. takes a split second to do.

I have a friend who is slowly but surely dying of long covid. he has a serious chronic heart condition because of it and there's nothing he can do about it. he quit his job, retired early, and just goes out on his boat alone every day. he is trying to get the most out of the limited time he has left. long covid is affecting over 5 million documented Americans right now but the undocumented cases are probably multiple times this number. gotta wear a mask forever wherever you are. get used to it.

Yep I still wear my KN95 when in public anywhere lots of people…just makes sense. It's not over at all.
