It is a about 3% slower than a 3080, though that will vary some depending on games and resolution.

It was literally up for like 2 hours. It was in my cart but decided not to buy it. Was on newegg's ebay page as well. Saw it at like 8pm pacific time.

I think you will see a few more big blowout sales before the end of the year, but prices have trended back up over the last week.
