Deathloop is the featured title in this month's (October) Humble Choice subscription. If you're not a member, you should be able to sign up for the month to claim the bundle and then cancel. Ymmv, I received humble bundle choice promos for $6 a month for 3 months and after that another for $8 a month for 1 month. Check your emails for that.
Deathloop I think somehow managed to take a step back in quality from the previous Arkane games (Dishonored, Prey). The AI is absolutely braindead. It's not a bad game but I think it was disappointing compared to their previous titles. I think a large % of people bounced off of it.

Monster train, OTOH, is wholly recommended. The base game is on PC Game Pass as well.
