I tried my luck with target chat and got this response:
"As I've checked the details, I can see that this is the out of our price match policy as the item is on the black Friday sale on the competitors website."

Target rep to me "I'm sorry Items are not eligible for price match as the item price shown on competitor site is on black Friday deal. However, Let me check for the alternate options I can help you with." Gave me a 15% off option instead which i declined!

I was just able to Order it via Wal-mart.com.... I picked a local store, but it ultimately said it will ship to my address. I selected "no thank you" on trying Wal-Mart + and it went through.

I did receive a confirmation email.

Lets see if it sticks. I'll report back if it succeeds or fails.

EDIT - Tried to order a second one and it was out of stock.

Maybe try different zip codes around the country until a location is found that has it in stock and will ship
