Hehe I was thinking the same, but I have a case with glass in front and temp is just fine.

This case has close to 30k reviews mostly positive so hmmm.

I have this case, it is indeed very aesthetic, and indeed the air flow is not great. I have a 2080 Super and 9900k and the temps are fine, but I'm not sure I would be able to say the same thing with a 4090 and a 13900k. If you are worried about airflow though, there is a seller on Etsy that makes mesh grills for the h510 elite for about $40.

NZXT website has the same deals going on right now if this particular Elite model doesn't fit your needs. Shipping may kill it, though.

H510i is 69.99, which is not available shipped by amazon/prime. H210/i is 49/59 like the best buy deal posted.

If you have to have a 510, get the Flow [amazon.com]. It's cheaper and will not cook your components.
