Don't know but T-Mobile definitely isn't giving more than $230 for TIV for P6 no matter what I do. If I choose activate later, I am not even getting the option to trade-in

Try going to your cart after adding the phone to it. You should see an option to add a trade in there.

I just pre-ordered the 7 Pro right from Google using their Pixel Pass plan. $55/month for 24 months, which includes the phone payment, preferred care device protection, 200BG of cloud storage, YouTube premium, & google play pass. It's also telling me that they're going to email me a $200 Google store credit around the time my order ships.

If you already use, or want to use, the YouTube premium, Google play pass, or Google cloud storage, I feel the Pixel Pass is worth looking into.

Does anyone know, if I cancel the order do I get stuck with the $100 gift card? Asking because the order page says

"Instructions to redeem are emailed after order confirmation. Non-returnable and Download in US only. Unlimited play. Install on 1 gaming system."

And I'm not sure I want to do this deal, but would like to place an order and think about it. Just don't want to get stuck with a mandatory gift card if I cancelled.
You get the gift card after you get the phone.

Please elaborate.
They're saying if you're considering trading in an S22 Ultra for these phones, NOT to. Yes, the S22 Ultra is the top of the line flagship Samsung phone (next to the Fold, I guess) but I've got it and am not that impressed.I don't care what it says the specs are on paper and my main concern on the phone is probably the camera.

For the S22, the stylus is great if you use it, sure. It's hefty, but alright (this coming from a person who never thought they'd get a phone that big). Screen is great, but not a deal breaker difference for me. But the camera - oof. People go on and on about it and it's got the 100x zoom, but I've had 3 Pixel phones before this and the camera on the S22 (and the same for the Flip 3 and Flip 4, which I also had for a bit) just leaves a lot to be desired. It may be an amazing camera if you want to go through the settings and tweak them for whatever scene or situation you're in but for the average person who wants to just pull out the phone, start the camera, and snap a photo of anything that is not completely still and stationary, it is severely lacking.

All that is to say the only reason I'd hesitate to trade in for one of these Pixels is that the S22 Ultra will likely fetch an insane trade in value for the next Samsung models. That doesn't mean much if you care about the camera though, because it's unlikely to get better than a Pixel in the "simply point and shoot" department. I've already placed a pre-order her for the Pixel 7 Pro (TIV value for the Ultra is too high to purchase the regular P7) with the trade in locked in and was going to mull it over but I'm leaning heavily towards the Pixel right now.

I have the S21 Ultra and the point and shoot capabilities are awful compared to my work iPhone 11.

Agreed.

I have the P6P 128GB white (TMobile). But they only list my model number under at&t or the white model as unlocked. Do you think they will care if I select one of those for trade in, instead of my exact TMobile version? My TMobile P6P is unlocked, if that matters.
I don't think they'll care if you choose the "unlocked" version instead of T-Mobile. Ironically, the Pixel 6 I currently have was purchased through BestBuy after trading in an iPhone SE locked through Simple Mobile. The list of trade-ins at the time didn't include a Simple Mobile version, so I think I chose T-Mobile or something and they accepted it without questions.
