I'm unclear on how it's supposed to work, I get up to the last step of checkout and there's no reference to the promo.
Have called customer care multiple times and they are not able to resolve it, I even went to a store and store cannot help since this was a online order, but they mentioned that the BB system attempted to refund twice but failed.
Has anyone had a similar issue with e gift cards not being refunded ?
