I think there will be a lot of these available.

And this is just a tactic to convince a lot of people who wouldn't install a smart speaker, to buy a TV with a built-in, always listening, Alexa device instead.

Add it to your wishlist. Alexa will notify you with a yellow light 24 hours before deal goes live. Once that happens ask Alexa to buy it once it goes live. You don't have to track when it goes live.

I thought you meant it's 100% proven the NSA does this (with your smartphone) hack the TV bc that's what the security post was based on. Regardless a simple find and snip I'm confident will remove any traces of big brother listening to you. If you want further assurances configure your WiFI and monitor your traffic to find out.

This is such a tempting deal. However I already ordered the 43" from Target, which puts me at 9 TVs and Monitors in my gaming and entertainment grotto. This would make #10 and I'd have to redo my setup to accommodate. If I'm gonna do a 10th display in this room, I really should do 120hz capable. However, I could also make this work in portrait mode for a variety of tasks. Sigh. First world problems. At least I have a couple days to think about it.
