Just a heads up, even if you are not up for renewal, you can pay in advance. So I was able to renew my plan that is renewing 1/2023, and just got the email confirmation from Amex!

yeah.. its strange.. it was showing $85 as wallet balance before i submit the payment for processing but i actually ended up with $90 wallet balance once it gets processed. So it is indeed cheaper than the credit card recharge

You can only do it on browser and with the link.
Also, you can use wallet for plan renewal. I talked to customer agent and they were able to apply it while renewing.

Question related to Amex. I have a blue cash preferred and my wife was added as an additional member. She can also see this offer and she added it to her card. Will she get the offer as well or is this once per account?

True , mint has lower priority than postpaid t-mobile user , so when it's crowdy , you would get slow data, but I think it's ok , since I got what I paid for, considering how much postpaid t-mobile user paid for.
