Heads up: These single wheel units put dents in laminate flooring.

They make ones that have tandem wheels and slightly fatter ones that are less of an issue.

Yeah these will, I use an old foam roller to rest my feet on. I would suggest buying a foot rest for better ergonomics.

These are awesome. Nice and smooth, easy to replace. I've replaced all the gaming chair wheels, 4 chairs in total with these and my floor thanks me.

Will this raise the chair higher than stock wheels? I'm already at the lowest setting and my feet barely touch the floor

I would love to replace the wheels on my chair but dang that a lot of reviews saying it wouldnt last + from china so shipping or returning is too damn slow

Maybe it's just that there are different quality sets because I've had mine (Office Oasis brand on Amazon) for 18 months and I love mine. I replaced the casters on both office chairs instead of buying lousy, expensive replacement mats to protect my hardwood floor. Granted, I paid $36 per set which added about 50% to the value of each chair, but my floors are unscuffed and I can roll to the filing cabinet and back unimpeded.

I agree, I keep a small kids stool under my desk to put my feet on. I stole it from my kids when I started working from home.
