Heads up: These single wheel units put dents in laminate flooring.

They make ones that have tandem wheels and slightly fatter ones that are less of an issue.

Yeah these will, I use an old foam roller to rest my feet on. I would suggest buying a foot rest for better ergonomics.

I bought this exact set back in 2017. Over all they've been fine. My goal was to raise the chair slightly and it did the trick. I paid $20. I think one may be bent slightly at this point, but it still continues to work fine. I looked up the review I left on amazon because i remember the seller was annoying.

"i mean, they do exactly what they say they do. I bought these after searching online for a cheaper price, you can't really seem to find these "roller blade" office chair wheels anywhere for cheaper than this. I still feel like its kinda expensive for a set of wheels. I bought these to make my chair sit slightly higher, and they do that. They're smooth, don't make any noise, and honestly they work too well. The floor in my room is uneven and the chair sometimes moves on its own.

I'm writing this review because the company has emailed me so many times asking me to. I paid for the wheels. They're good. I hope they stop emailing me after this."

I don't know anything about this brand, but I've had a similar set by Office Oasis I bought off Amazon about a year ago that have been perfect. I imagine most of these are made in the same factory in China. The set I have look identical to the clear version on the OP Amazon page that are double the price ($19). Maybe these cheaper ones are worse quality? I couldn't tell you, but for $9, what is there to loose. The ones I bought were $36.

I just bought something similar to this on Amazon for $14.
It works well over carpets. Rolls smoothly.

Do you have experience with these or just this type of product in general? I ordered a similar set, but with brakes. I weigh about 320lbs, and mine are still fine after 8 months. I roll my chair around on concrete. These were the cheapest locking wheels I could find at the time.

May I ask about how much you weigh? I'm only 110 lbs and can't imagine having this problem unless these wheels are really that bad.

There are smaller wheel options that avoid the height increase. They look very similar to these but they exist, I got some for my office chair a few years ago.

edit: these are the ones I got same as stock wheel height.
