It appears the order placed on 10/9 was cancelled by Amazon's system and replaced with a new order for the same item on 10/19 (around the drop dead of my Subscibe & Save order for the month). This happened for some of the other items I ordered this month, but this was the only one with a coupon attached. The coupon was removed an I was charged $5.
Just a fair warning to those that order new items throughout the month for the coupon & deal, there appears to be a new system update that is removing the coupons.
[Before anyonne asks, I did verify that I didn't order the item twice or ordered it ever before. This was the only order for this item. The order # from my email on 10/9 is marked cancelled and I did not recieve a cancelation email]
