Could you use this for hardwood floors (real wood, sealed) that have that caked on oil from lots of indoor cooking?

That's true. I bought a ton of it because it works really well. Just a tip when using, gently squeeze the trigger and it comes out more foamy rather than a spray. That, or directly apply it to a sponge to avoid aerosolization. I also, usually step back a few seconds after spaying, that seems to help.

works very well on kitchen tiles. Kind of crazy how strong it is (it is strong). I don't spray it when my toddler is round n about.

I think it would be good for something that was baked recently, but their regular oven cleaner would probably work better for more heavily burnt food. It would be great for oven windows because it dissolves grime really well.
