Walmart [walmart.com] has the Arcade1Up, Atari Tempest Legacy 12-in-1 Cabinet for $199 + Free Shipping
FYI - This is the "Basic" model with no riser or light up marquee. Also, this may be the model with the trackball that needs
fixing or lubricating out of the box [youtube.com] so it doesn't break down.
About this Cabinet- 17" Color LCD screen
- 12 Games in 1
- Real-Feel Arcade Controls
- Coinless operation
- Adjustable Variable Volume
- Custom shaped "Cabinet" design
- Printed Coin Door Graphic Kickplate
- Assembled Dimensions (LxWxH): 22.75 x 19.00 x 45.80 Inches (w/o riser)
- Included Games:
- Asteroids®
- Centipede®
- Major Havoc®
- Missile Command®
- Akka Arrh
- Crystal Castles®
- Tempest®
- Millipede®
- Gravitar®
- Liberator™
- Asteroids Deluxe®
- Space Duel
To me, this is one of those cabs you want for the special controls with a spinner and trackball. Plus...it's friggin' Tempest! And you can make a $10 wooden riser box to your height and paint it black (or go all out and order custom Atari/tempest graphics to put on it).

This one in the video below is the newer and imo better version (note the differences in the marquee - this one has the slanted marquee). I believe the vertical dimensions are also bigger and is much more playable than the older one w/o a riser needed (proof if this is in this video of a 6'3" man playing it WITHOUT a riser:

I figure if I change my mind this is easy to return within 90 days or someone will gladly pay more than I paid for it locally.
Yes, I am building mine now and along with the speaker out and power in, it does have the output jack for lights on the control box. Just doesn't have the wire so you'll have to buy it.
For those that have a lit marquee (or use the jack for the lit volcano button mod), is the output for the led strip 5V or 12V? Input to the control box from the brick is 12V.

Wait till next year when the Fed puts us in a recession... Looking to buy one with a riser and a light up marquee at this price
Oh and how about throwing an HDMI socket on them, so you can record the sessions.

I received my cabinet today. The marquee is NOT lit on these WALMART NO RISER LEGACY cabinets. This would be true for the Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat versions, as well.
They do have versions with a lit marquee and a riser available at a higher cost. Those are available at both Walmart and Best Buy (and maybe a couple other retailers). I didn't personally care about the lit marquees and had a few risers I picked up on clearance, so this version made sense for me.
Hope that helps clear up any confusion.

Well, I got 2 of these (this and mortal combat) for less than 1 with lit marquee and riser. Plan to sit, so riser not needed...
Yep, these are a great deal, especially if you don't need the riser or can still find them on clearance. Plenty of graphics companies out there that can do some graphics later; even add a marquee, if you get the itch…all for less than what the riser/lit marquee versions are selling for. I have a couple (Final Fight and 40th Pac-Man) sitting on the generic black A1U risers and they look fine. Someday I'll add some graphics to them or maybe put in kit marquees, but it's definitely not a priority at this point. Glad you were able to score some deals. I have yet to buy one of these units at full price; I own 4 of them (Final Fight $50, Simpsons $199, 40th Pac-Man $125, and Tempest $199) and have 3 risers ($20, $25 x2). There are definitely deals to be had. I also have an AtGames Legends Pro Gamer on a pedestal that I got for $100 on sale and added CoinOPS X to it.

The waterfall control deck is sweet too, but don't think they are made at this time:
