First of all, they delivered it late. Once it got there, I refused the delivery because it was broken. Woot didn't respond to me or give me my money back for weeks. Then I got the CC company involved. It took a long time on their end, but thank God for CapitalOne going to bat for me.
Never again - they don't have the customer support staff or shipping logistics to handle this type of thing. You'd think they would, being an Amazon subsidiary, but they don't.
