"Warranty: 2 Year Limited 3rd Party Warranty"

Sounds like this is being sold without the LG factory warranty...which raises a big red flag in my eyes.

Thoughts on this vs Samsung frame?
The Frame is fantastic for displaying art and photos when not in use, but a pretty mediocre TV for viewing content.

This is a much better TV for viewing any content, and has a much faster refresh rate for games.

If you want your content to look amazing, get this. If you want a statement piece that looks nice when not in use, get The Frame.

This blows the frame away, no doubt. the LG g2, Sammy's S95b, Sony a95k, are the only 65" on this level. I just put up LG C2 ($1799) and it's amazing. Also your usage/needs would help us to guide you a bit. Room lighting, preferences of content, upscaling lesser source, etc... are all considerations. Though woot, is a bit worrisome.
Right, lighting and viewing angles are really important factors to consider in choosing a TV.

Not sure which state you're in, but Value Electronics has C2 for $1799, shipping, and Tax included. Check out FOMO on YouTube.

The frame is a mid level LED set that doesn't get as bright as the QN90A series. The frame is an excellent set for WAF, or wife acceptance factor. It's a very good LED set, but severely overpriced for a tv with its specs. The art function wins a lot of buyers over.
OLED is on a different level, dollar for dollar.

I've always wondered why those deals are even posted, that's gotta apply to a very small amount of people. Unless I'm missing something?
I thought the same thing as well but I tried logging in with my work email and I got the discount

Honestly if you're not going oled @ 65" get the Hisense 65u8h. I bought it for my living room. A couple (minor) issues aside it's an amazing set. The brightest I've ever seen, Deep blacks, vivid color, at times the contrast is OLED like. And for $999(plus the $100 100 day rebate) it's the best value, period!

The only (minor? depends on how important it is to you) cons on the U8H are the subpar processing and some issues with 4K@120Hz gaming.

You are right. I'll share my oldie but goodie experience. To borrow something from the video card folks: "HOLD!"

Here are the quotes I got. Big name NATIONAL retailer, prices are new in box with with delivery (the guy actually placed mine right inside my front door). Prices shown are for the unit plus a 5-year (including BURN IN) warranty, free shipping, but tax was added on.

77CX: 2300+400

65CX: 1100+150

48CX: 700+150

As much as I wanted the 77, I went with the 65 as it was plenty good enough for my space.

Also I'm absolutely positive that they still made a profit on the sale, which tells you just how bad the retail markup is. LG is enjoying their monopoly. I'm really glad vizio and philips are entering the oled game and hoping they knock LG down to more reasonable pricing.

So now you know what to shoot for If you know how to work a deal.

(And if anyone thinks this isn't legit, take a close look at my pseudonym. Make fun if you like - I know there will be a lot of jealousy-driven thumbs down and ad hominem attacks - I'll be chuckling as I enjoy my tv.

I'm also not the only one who has enjoyed this pricing).
No one really gives a flying crap about you or what you think. Why would I ever care what your user name is or to know anything about you? 😆😆😆

As a PSA, the 77" is 40% bigger (ie more surface area) than the 65". Sometimes ppl don't realize it's that big of a jump between TV sizes so figured I'd comment
