so not sure if this is going to work with a ryzen 5000 series out of the box (without updating with another processor slotted first), anyone know?

If serious, me Smilie Use MST for monitors. And prefer APU to GPU.

Boy that's a funny thing to say there. I don't think there's anybody pushing frame rates high enough to take advantage of a high refresh rate monitor on a G series APU chip

If the code is single use only, does that mean this board is also single use only as well? I've had some bad luck with asrock motherboards

Some people still game in 1080p. A 5600G can push 100+ fps in some games at 1080p. It's certainly possible there may be a situation where not having an onboard display port could be an issue for someone.

I am going to believe they can still use HDMI to reach those frames

Does the 5600G require P1.80 BIOS to work out of the box? Sorry, I have been planning on Intel until I found out about this thing being able to run lower end games, and I don't know much about AMD

yes, but most boards should have it unless you get really old stock. you can check the UPC/model # label for mfr date/serial no. usually one will provide a clue to the bios date.

Apparently so have a lot of other people, judging by reviews. I really don't want to dink around with an unreliable motherboard.
