after you use the packets, Just use non-iodized salt. about twenty cents for this amount.

I just use sea salt.

I use sea salt and a tiny bit of baking soda to buffer the solution. Getting these because the wife doesn't want to be bothered with taking the extra 10 seconds to pour out the salt, lol

Yeah I told 2 friends who use the sinus rinse bottles about using sea salt and neither of them are willing to try it.

My spring maple pollen and fall ragweed pollen allergies would cost me a lot if I had to use these little packets.
