I've had this model about 5 years, no smell. I use Cascade and don't do anything special to clean it.

The diverter valve seal wore out and water dripped one the floor after 3 years. The replacement dripped after a year. Third seal is still holding. I have a pan and leak sensor under it and recommend anyone buying a Whirlpool dishwasher do the same. Yes, KitchenAid, Maytag and several others are all Whirlpool and share common parts. Google Whirlpool or KitchenAid diverter valve for more info and class action lawsuit.

Other than the leaks, the machine cleans well and is very quiet. If and when it dies, my only upgrade would be to get vented fan drying.

Thanks for posting the deal. Tbh insane deal if the $200 shop card is also given on top of instant $200 off. I think instant $200 might be a glitch as the site says $300 off $1299. Either way the order went through for $799.99. Also item page says delivery, installation and haul away included but my order clearly says no installation. Fyi

My Bosch dishwasher literally stinks! Many owners complain about the smell. I am tempted to buy this deal if I knew for sure it would also not stink.

This is a really good deal, I paid a lot more for one of these and I can barely tell it's running when it's on.

Exactly. I am convinced that the $200 instant discount is a glitch because the net price comes out to $600 after everything which is too low for this Model.

Costo installation just called me to setup the appointments for delivery and installation. It took me a long time to uninstall our old dishwasher because it was my first time doing it and today when she called she said they would have uninstalled it for me even though the Costco website stated they just haul way the old one. This is in Virginia so obviously this is probably not the case in many areas and probably depends on the installation company.

I took screenshots that stated the $200 Costco shop card comes with it and even called them. If I don't get it I'm confident Costco customer support will help.

when you click on qualifying items for the gift card, it doesn't even show this dishwasher? The gift card part is so iffy

Exactly what I did. I have screenshots for the offer and the installation part. I don't care about installation as much as I care about the $200 card

100%. We installed kitchen aid 11yrs ago with zeros issues and we have two kids, so pretty much use it every day.
