What rebates are around these days?
VS
Michelin - Agilis CrossClimate (the price is 1175 - 200)/5 = 195 per tire
which one is better choice?

EDIT: I just called the 800 number for Discount Tire and the rep I spoke with said he could not match the coupon AND the online instant rebate due to system constraints or whatever. He then suggested I just order the tires via Ebay LOL....
I asked him if the mail-in rebates would work with an Ebay order and for that he did confirm that it should. So I'm guessing you're referring to the mail-in rebates?
EDIT #2: I also tried calling a local America's Tire and the guy kept saying I needed to bring a printout showing the promotional discount and it would have to be for discounttiredirect.com. I tried to explain to him that DiscountTireDirect is on Ebay but he seemed confused about it - I think there *might* be a chance of scoring the coupon match at a store but I'm doubtful that they'd match the instant online savings piece as well.

Did you get this or similar promotion matched?

I don't think DTD/AT will let you "double-dip" on price/coupon-matching + instant online savings or rebates. I do believe you can pricematch though and still get the rebate. YMMV of course, as I think it really depends on the person and or manager you are speaking with. There's probably a better chance of them allowing the price/coupon-match AND stacking any other rebates on top of that in store. It might be worth it to some, but running around to different AT physical stores and trying to negotiate and haggle the sales reps/managers into letting me stack these promos is pretty time-consuming.

Thanks.
Unfortunately no discount tires here in NJ

Costco has 140 off and turns out to be very similar for cross climate 2 -225 70-17 (831 will tax and install) with the added advantage of tire rotations.
Other options I am evaluating is good year assurance weather ready. They have a mail in rebate.
