dang. I need a PS4 controller with the sound bar, but the total comes to $99.98 :-( Any fillers? Or does Amex consider the tax as part of its $100 requirement?

Had both offers on my business Amex and bought the wired Xbox controller. I'll grab the PS5 controller too and either resell or keep the Xbox controller, depending on how Amex calculates the statement credit. Awesome deal, thx!

Unless something has changed recently I have had several Amex offers trigger when tax has put me over the minimum. There is no mention of pretax minimum in the t&c.

Yes as long as the total is $100 or more with tax. Also don't for get cashback site 10%

Yes, in the past and yesterday people who purchased the $200 limit and had both offers triggered 2 emails from Amex.

If you have 2 cards and have multiple offers you can even split the purchase in 2 as long as you meet the $$ spend on Amex and can get the offers on multiple cards (Different accounts etc, YMMV).
