If you have an Amex card and haven't used your Dell.com order, its cheaper to buy 2 switch games there at $70 total.

2 x Nintendo Switch Game @ $59.99 then $50 off of $100 (dell promo). This brings the total to $70 before tax.

If you're getting 1 copy of Yoshi's Crafted World or Super Mario 3D World, it's even cheaper, since those 2 are already on sale at $40.99. With another $59.99 game, your total will be $50 before tax with the promo

Sometimes on rare occasion you might be able to get $35 or $30 for Nintendo first party, but it is pretty rare. The $40 price is fairly typical for holiday discounts. So you might be able to save an extra $5 down the line, but you can't necessarily count on it

True, but that was both very unusual, a one day sale, and likely in preparation for the next mainline game dominating sales soon. Don't see Mario going much lower.

The whole concept of first party is that the ip is owned and the game is developed by the same company. Nintendo doesnt develop these. Not first party.

Thanks for the reminder. Got Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword HD, and Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity. So with an additional 11% cash back the price comes out to like $23 per game. Not too bad.

Thanks for this! Ordered Mario 3D World & Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes. After tax and the Amex credit, it came out to $30.30 per game.
I attempted to knock the total down a bit by splitting payment between my Amex and a $10 virtual Visa gift/rebate card I got from the Mobil 1 promo earlier this year, but the gift card wouldn't authorize for some reason. Oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
