And...Samsung wouldn't do that for me for some reason. Instead, they forced me to accept a refund due to "lack of inventory". Definitely a lie considering I could have bought even cheaper on EPP ($1400) and picked it up locally the very same day.
And of course, their online and phone support has been pretty incompetent during this whole proceeding. They didn't submit forms on their end causing weeks of delay just to get approval for my refund. I've had to reach out to Samsung too many times just to verify that they were working on my refund—which they wren't.
This is Samsung's first generation OLED TV, and while it's great when it works, I'm glad I will be returning it and will instead be getting a 77" Sony A80J Bravia XR OLED from the deal posted earlier today. Sony's been making higher end OLEDs for a while now, and so I feel more confident they have these issues much more ironed out based on reviews I've seen.

Stop the FOMO and his fellow colleagues "B the installer" etc were recommending the TV highly when researching on new TV.
Also, for those looking to sign up for EPP, you can do it through https://www.perksatwork
1. They forced me to accept a refund.
2. And...it took weeks just to get approval for my refund.
I am still waiting for them to schedule a pickup with me as well. I won't receive the refund until several business days after they pick it up as well. So it's just a very long process to go through. And I bought mine through EPP at a higher price than it is right now, as well. The price difference was less than $200 bucks. I've lost all that time dealing with Samsung support instead of enjoying a TV. Not worth it.

The thing that I'm debating on is the warranty (3 year with Sony), and I've heard of potentially more issues with S95B, but that's hard to really tell with some random Internet comments.

I got one in July and had some issues and then had to deal with abysmal support the entire time. I can't believe a premium product has such subpar support but here we are.
I ended up getting a C1 77" for $1800 at a local brick and mortar and moved on with my life.
For those considering, I would only buy through BestBuy. It's a good deal for sure and a good TV if there's no issues, but at the very least I'm the first month of ownership, you're dealing with BestBuy for returns.

Also, can ABL be turned off on this TV via the service menu? Sony prevents it and the TV is too dark as a result.
