Well, I actually gave a caution because not only does it bother police but it also can affect your senses while driving, which is exactly what happened while I was a passenger in an Uber.
Driver had music at medium volume and had blue strobe. I didn't think anything of it, until a patrol car with emergency lights on came flying as she was turning. She didn't see the lights because the car was strobing blue. Low and behold they slammed into one another. Thankfully everyone wasn't hurt but she received a ticket and to appear in court for reckless driving. They also gave her a field sobriety test to see if she was high. All while I had to wait for another rideshare at 3am.
Meaning don't strobe blue/ blue-ish to be visible to outside. Blue color is reserved for police only and they will pull you over for it.
But if it is only visible to the interior of the car, it is ok. 🙂
This reminds me of my trip to the Philippines there were pedestrians that purchased blue strobe lights to get out of the hellish traffic in Manila, rofl. It was a constant and accepted thing to do.

I know I have a different brand which does red blue and white I had cars moving out of the way like crazy it was awesome but I know I can get a ticket so I stopped when I got home LOL never did it again.
