Had bad experience with logitech in last couple of years.. after few months these started double clicking and drag -drop issues. Seems like they moved to cheap spring switches

Great mouse when it worked. I started experiencing the double-clicking issues, like a previous user mentioned, and it's been such a headache. Tried reaching out to Logitech for a replacement, but was outside my warranty period.

Great price. Surprised Logitech isn't offerring the same deal to their resellers like Amazon and BestBuy.

Free shipping starts after $29 however.

Anything available as a filler to get to the $29 free ship level, like an extra dongle.

I can confirm that two M720 mouses purchased from Costco developed double clicking problem in about a year of regular home/office use. There are tutorials on Youtube and the repair is pretty easy. However, I don't want to bother and just returned them to Costco. Now I am on the third M720. Otherwise, I really like this mouse.

I have problem with this particular mouse too. It has a lot of problems when you select multiple cells in Excel or trying to drag along. I think it is not an uncommon case for this mouse.

The double clicking fix only lasts a couple of weeks and the problem comes right back. Not worth the effort as its kind of a pain to do.

Good mouse but LOUD click. If you're in a quiet lecture hall or taking an exam, people will probably hear it.
Had the same problem when I first got this mouse but I was able to make it noticeably quiet by following this (requires opening your mouse):

I've switched to a low profile mouse and hand and wrist are more comfortable. Curved mouse like these are a pain YMMV

Didn't work out for me. They told me Logitech is not their competitor.

I bought this from Costco on sale in 2021. The ergonomics are good and for switching between multiple PCs.

It developed the drag and drop issue others mentioned after about a year and a half, no longer under warranty. I don't recommend getting it, too unreliable.

FYI, the Precision Pro is the Costco variant of this M720 model. Every now and then, Costco sells it for $20. Usually in the fall. Just something to keep an eye out for.

I love this mouse and use it daily! Fits my small hand better than the other Logitech mouses (which I also liked, but developed hand pain while using.)

the rubber comes off easily, my old one has a hole to plastic inside, but it still works
Oh same here, side has hole, I painted the side with nail polish, might need to repaint it .
