If you can find another item for $30 to add, you can use the Amex $50 off $100 deal on top of this.

Actually, the business version of the original MX 3 comes with the Bolt receiver, same as the MX 3S. So really the main difference is the quieter buttons. Up to personal preference is a quieter mouse is worth an extra $30.

YMMV, but I recently had a $20 off $75 Staples coupon and got the 3s for barely more than this. Granted typically Staples gives only $10 or $15 off totals under $150 so YMMV.

Agree here. Bought a cheapo quiet-click mouse a few months ago and since then my original MX Master has been collecting dust. I can't go back to a loud clicky mouse.

4000 vs 8000 dpi sensor is huge if you also use this for occasional gaming. I can stop keeping two mice on my desk.

edit: did some research on rtings and other sites. It's not a replacement for my razer just yet.

The quiet switches are like $2, you can desolder and solder them into a normal 3 and save $30-40
