Since this is asked so much:
Pixel 6a is not available for trade in because it's new and Google still sells them.

I traded in multiple phones last month, towards the Pixel 6a, and two of the phones had cracked/shattered screens, and I received the trade-in refunds/credits, after they were inspected.
Realistically, even if you select the option that your phone does have some damage (i.e. is not free from cracks), you will likely end up getting the higher trade-in amount. It's not guaranteed; but, it's very likely.
Edit: Google One 10% would be after store credit, duh.... 973.61 w/ tax + 146.98 = $1120.59 - $385 store credit - $415 TIV - 58.86 cb google one = $261.94. Seem accurate? Anything better if I don't have a trade in and plan to purchase something to trade in?
Edit 2: Pulled the trigger. Was going to wait for Black Friday but honestly, this is pretty good to not pass up even working it.
Edit 3: Hmm. This is interesting. Confirmation page on website and confirmation page on email differ as to the amount the google one store credit will be. One has on total before store credit and one has after the store credit was applied.

But then again for an older Pixel (5, 4, 3 etc.) they want you to upgrade, and therefor offer relatively good trade-in values.
I am still happy with my Pixel 5, but $400 trade-in value is really hard to beat. I was tempted, but ultimately decided to wait for more reviews and what BF has to offer.
Ironically, a 3-year old iPhone 11 is roughly the same value. Speaks volumes of Google's brand confidence...
