I bought the Pixel 7 256 gb.
Getting a $325 trade-in for Pixel 4a 5G.
After taxes and adding a $25 Case Mate case, net cost will be $445 which am very happy with

Frst impressions - easy transfer from old phone, solid camera, smooth interface, fast.
Its heavier than the 4A 5G phone
Sucks that they include only a charging cable and not the charger itself

My wife got her lemongrass Pixel 7 yesterday and I was able to play with it a bit. Man it's a nice phone, makes my iPhone 14 pro look crazy overpriced.

Before anyone says to switch, I'm locked into the Apple ecosystem with my job. I was issued Apple everything and the iphone/apple watch is the only thing I have to pay for out of pocket, everything is given to me and required so I'm not changing.

Not really a better deal than the gift cards for all the phones. Before they were giving me $400 for S20 5g + 200 gift card, but now it's just the $400 trade-in and 0 for a gift card. My phone didn't increase in value for trade-in
