This product is a lie.

As admitted in their ingredient list, it has more OIL than sweet potato; it's basically a 'sweet potato flavored' corn chip.

Might be tasty, I dunno. But if you're expecting to get something healthier because it has sweet potato in it... well, you're not.

Just complain to customer service and you'll get free powder. Or sometimes they send you another bag and let you keep the original. So you end up with 2 bags of powder for the price of 1.

I hear that all the time from people. I must be born under a lucky star. I've ordered lots of chips over the years and that was only a problem once. Generally, Amazon packs things pretty well.

I bought some of the 5.5 Oz bags last time. Bag looked crushed, however upon opening, they were actually very intact. They're smaller pieces though and all flat, regular shaped, so they might help and also give it that all broken packed together feel/look.

I literally am eating from one of the bags I bought last deal, and read that on my own about 1 minute before reading your comment. I will say this, they are tasty, and I can taste the sweet potato!
