2) You theoretically CAN sell the service, but you have a 45-day time crunch.
3) If you (or anyone) do not activate the service within 45 days it just expires, and you're out $90 (plus fees).
4) If you do not port a number you only get 6 months of service, not 12.
5) Check your Amex offers for a potential further $45 discount.

If this is locked for 12 months it's still slick, but significantly less so I think. Still cool for someone needing new service though.
