I don't remember what i paid for mine but if you need a bit ratchet this is a great set. I've used some of the ones that cost 3 or 4 times this much and I seam to come back to this one over and over. I've bought 3 of them over the last decade or so. the case use to be red which was better for my old eyes but it appears to be the exact same set otherwise.

I bought this a few years ago and can say it's a well made quality set. The sockets feel and look quality. The ratcheting action is smooth and this set comes in handy all the time. The case is spill-proof as all the bits are secured in their spots.

The handle looks flat and kinda sharp. Won't it hurt if you put any significant pressure on it?

It's a small ratchet, shouldn't put much force on it. U don't want to over torque a 10mm or 12mm bolt/nut anyway. This's a quality set, I got one a couple years back, still using it.

I agree, but I wish the case a bit higher quality. The hinge for the case cover/top broke pretty easily on mine, which is annoying.

Depends on the form factor of your current set and where you keep it. I have one very similar to this in a desk drawer and for light household uses like tightening a carriage bolt on a piece of furniture it preempts me from needing to ferry tools back and forth from my workshop. So in short, likely no new capability from your existing set. But maybe some added convenience and ease of use.

It's more for tight spaces. Like shoving your hand deep into the dash of your car where you have 2 inches of clearance.

That said, I've only ever wished I had a micro driver once and I still managed to get it done with a 1/4 ratchet and a 1/4 socket.
