Thanks to Deal Hunter Kimpossible680 for finding this deal.
I have two A7. I wouldn't buy these again. I have the water set to low. The water initial shoots out cold water and then the water get warmer. My butt prefers the ones from Costco because the water is initial hot and then gets cooler.
No thanks on the second hand ass cleaning instrument.

Could anyone confirm if your Bio Bidet let out a very strong chemical smell?
If it's a new unit with heated seat or water heater, sure, you could get a "chemical smell"… New plastics are prone to giving off an odor when heated (ex. hot glue gun, 3d printer, hair dryer, heat gun) especially if there's any type of oiley residue leftover from manufacturing (like grease used in soft close toilet seats dampers).
Likely nothing to worry about if it's not burning you when you sit down and the smell goes away after a few days.
Last time I ordered a bidet from woot it was a disaster… they sent me a cheaper version and the customer service was completely disjointed and just abysmal.
I'm not impressed with the A7 (special edition) compared to another similar bidet I bought previously (Lotus ATS-500). The Bio Bidet has a slicker control panel design and user presets, but the Lotus just works better.

It took considerably longer than usual but it ended up processing for me. I would give it 3-5 mins.
