The CPU in this is pretty terrible. Similar performance to a Core 2 Duo from 2008 or the Snapdragon 615, and it's not entirely dual core - it only has one floating point unit per two integer units like all of AMD's Bulldozer-based CPUs and SoCs.

This is a Chromebook using ChromeOS, not a Windows laptop. This processor as well as any of the procs you've mentioned as a "to avoid" do not apply here. They are all good and sufficient for Chromebooks. Also 4GB is plenty for a Chromebook. If this was a windows laptop, then most of what you've mentioned as to avoid is ok.

It's a $90 computer. The vast majority of poeple who buy $90 computers don't care because they're $90.

The display appears to be TN, as well, so viewing angles will be bad, which is relevant since this is a convertible.
Isn't it IPS? The target description seems to indicate that it is.

200nits is just not acceptable. A6-9220C is even slower than N4020.
