Should i get one of these? I'm running a 1660 and looking to run an ultrawide. I take it that a 1440 monitor would be too much for that card? Or would it depend on the graphic settings in the game? I only play iRacing and Forza.

1440/60hz might be a little much for your card, but for a curved IPS 34" panel this is a pretty damn good price.
Check out this size in person… depending on how far back you sit, this is going to be huge… I picked up a pair of 27" IPS displays recently (primarily for work, not gaming), but on my desk (24" depth) anything larger would be far too big—I'd have to keep moving my head around to see the various parts of the screen.

Check out Samsungs 34" G5. I've seen it on pretty deep clearance at GameStop/BestBuy/Samsung etc. i almost bought one locally for
$175 but It just wasn't what I am looking for. For a budget panel I want either the Gigabyte 34" that's been on sale for $350 or if I can find it again at $330 the HP X34. I Personally hate curved monitors, and won't buy VA panels unless dirt cheap.
How is the color accuracy for photo/video editing? I currently have a BenQ 34" ultra wide that I love but it was a bit pricey. I'm looking for a second ultra wide that also has a Vesa mount for extra screen real-estate…

You don't have to move your head to see two 27" monitors?

I just bought the 29" LG Ultrawide from BuyDig. When I opened it up and plugged it in, there was a huge arc of burned pixels. It looked like someone punched the bottom part of the screen, there are dozens of pixels that are burned out. A few people in the other thread reported BuyDig not having a strong return policy, I guess I'm going to put that to the test.

I think he meant one of the 27's is too much? IDK. I have a dual 27 setup and a single 34" UW and the dual 27's are significantly wider than the UW. Unless hes thinking of running two UWs? Anyway, 1440 LG IPS is absolutely a no brainer at this price. Plenty of size and res for two windows side by side, but not as ungainly as two whole monitors.

I think your right about the 34" being a big of an overkill.
