LHR = Low Hash Rate

This means the manufacturer developed it such that its processing power would be reduced if used for crypto-currency mining. If used for productivity/creative or gaming, it would still process at full power.

That's it in a nutshell. I recommend a quick web search if you would like to know more.
Some thoughts to share

I got this one from the costco deal ($1K)
Pro - It works well and pretty quite. Use standard ATX PSU
Cons - case is very cramped. Lack of ports on the back (only 1 audio jack, RJ port and 4 USB 2.0ports) and only 2 DDR4 slots.

Last week I also ordered the Dell XPS 8950 that was onsale for $1187.50. My blue Amex card got the $120 off $599 and $50 off $100 Dell order. Both coupons are stackable. Final price
difference was around $60 before tax.

I'll return the Lenovo one back to Costco.

The main difference between the Lenovo and Dell XPS are
- XPS has 4 DDR5 slots
- extra M.2 slots for storage
- more I/O ports on the back and SD connector in the front.
- Lenovo has 3060 12Gb, Dell has 3060 TI 8Gb
- Dell chasis is much easier to work with.
- Lenovo used Gen3 (Intel 670), Dell used Samsung Gen4 SSD

Cons - Dell used custom PSU (only 420watt).
You'd want a matched 32GB pair of DDR4 3200Mhz.

Latency isn't as important, but if you want the best they offer aim for CL14.

Side note:
The reason for pairing rather than just getting one stick of 32GB is because they provide more bandwidth in pairs. One stick ends up being slower than two.

This system currently has a pair of 8GB dimms installed and only two slots total.

Since ethereum has moved from mining to staking, LHR does not mean anything now.

So if the ram is ddr4. That means the motherboard only support ddr4 right? So to upgrade to ddr5 I would need new ram and different mobo?

Correct, the slots are physically different, mobos support one or the other. If DDR5 is important to you, this isn't the machine for you. You won't find DDR5 at this price point, not yet at least.

But if you are doing stuff that needs DDR5 you should probably be looking at a higher end machine anyway.

Supposedly Nvidia is removing the Limiter in the latest drivers. So LHR will not be around long.

Looks good but that is an awful case with little to no airflow, 100% it will overheat and cable management will be a mess. No doubt it will be difficult to modify or add anything
