I've done this deal previously but through a shopping portal. I just checked my emails and I did receive that "you used your amex offer" email, but in the end I did not receive the cash back. I clearly remember talking to amex rep about this, to which they said you have to go through the given link, so any portal/special link will nullify the cashback even if you get the redemption email.

I don't buy wine online but I saw that Macys Wine has 60 off 120 and there is also an Amex offer for 50 off 100. Seems good but don't really know what their selection is like.

agree, just purchase via the amex link. Don't get greedy or else you'll be stuck with expensive cheap wine.

I still don't see why we cant purchase from the wineinsiders.com/amex site and just use VDAY35 coupon. The terms say you have to go through the link, and can't use a voucher. I think coupon seems to be ok?

In August I did this deal. Went through the Amex link and used a coupon code at checkout. (The code at that time was summer35). I received the Amex credit within a few days.

I keep noticing that when you use PayPal sponsored cashback it does not change url or does anything to the page you are in. So without going to another page and getting say 3 x 10.99 bottles + 15 shipping will net you 3 bottles of wine for 18 - any CB that will track and you can do it 2x not too horrible or am I wrong?
