Just had a horrible experience with them. Submitted an order and realized I used my old address I just moved from as my shipping address for ebay. Immediately requested cancelation and sent a message to request the cancelation and to reorder. They responded back and said no guarantee because they ship fast. At the same time they sent that message they decline my cancelation and created the shipping label. Next message said they can do anything and the shipping company would have to fix it or it will just go to the wrong address. After three calls to ups they finally agreed to mark it return to sender. Completely my mistake for putting the wrong address in but no customer service at all. There is no way in hell they mailed it in 2 minutes after I messaged them. I would stay away from them based on the experience I just had, the several messages I received from them, and the lack of any effort to even try and help me.

Many ebay sellers dropship things, so it's not about them mailing it, once it goes into the system it automatically creates a shipping label, etc. Many companies are like this these days.

Just had a horrible experience with them. Submitted an order and realized I used my old address I just moved from as my shipping address for ebay. Immediately requested cancelation and sent a message to request the cancelation and to reorder. They responded back and said no guarantee because they ship fast. At the same time they sent that message they decline my cancelation and created the shipping label. Next message said they can do anything and the shipping company would have to fix it or it will just go to the wrong address. After three calls to ups they finally agreed to mark it return to sender. Completely my mistake for putting the wrong address in but no customer service at all. There is no way in hell they mailed it in 2 minutes after I messaged them. I would stay away from them based on the experience I just had, the several messages I received from them, and the lack of any effort to even try and help me.

Thanks for the feedback on them. That said they probably use a third party warehouse to fulfill orders and it probably is quite the ordeal to do what you asked. That said, it's definitely poor customer service but not as easy as you'd think.

I've had the same thing happen to me by Zagg.com. They said they can't modify anything about the order once it's placed.

Many ebay sellers dropship things, so it's not about them mailing it, once it goes into the system it automatically creates a shipping label, etc. Many companies are like this these days.

this or samsung galaxy book2 pro 360? it is 783 for open box excellent at bestbuy. spec seems similar.

90 day warranty only. Not worth the risk. Bought a 15 inch Gram from Costco last year and then it started developing yellow tint all over the screen after a few months. Had to send it back for repair.
Would buy LG Gram again, but only with good warranty.

These are probably Costco returns. Costco has had this featured in stores all year and has a 90 day return policy on laptops. A lot can happen in that return window😂. But technically still open box

It's tempting - but reading through the reviews on eBay it seems they have a habit of sending out banged up used units as 'open box'. I don't think 'open box' has a legal definition, as opposed to refurbished which is supposed to be returned to a new state but can't be sold as new.

Some of the reviews on eBay are doozies:

Maybe, Costco can't resell opened consumer electronics because of user data. It gets sent back to LG to be wiped then they need to sell them elsewhere. I got lucky for get a brand new one from Costco for $750 during a manager markdown/LG coupon discount that is currently running.
