(I've heard of it but interested to know what real life uses are)
Unsure if phones are flex locked or just locked. Almost certainly not fully unlocked.
Paid if full post-activation unlock can be same day, or a stickler rep will make you wait 40.

Any recommendations on where to buy this at a discount? I don't have a trade-in and need it un-activated as this will be a MIL gift..
maybe go on craigslist or offerup and risk it.
many of us traded iPhone 12's that are still on EIP with Tmobile and traded them to Best Buy to upgrade for the iPhone 13/pro line.
we are still receiving the bill credits from the iPhone 12's.
This deal isn't good but at least this doesn't have that kind of a lock in
