Fighting the impulse buy on this one! Always lived by the saying that you shouldn't cheap out on things that keep you off the ground (tires, mattress, shoes, etc)

There is only 1" of foam over the springs (2 x 1/2" layers over 9" springs).

Purchased the queen size of this mattress on Black Friday a couple of years ago. We use it for our guest room and we have received lots of compliments from various guest on how comfortable the mattress is.

Be warned: that you should let it sit out for a couple days after unwrapping it to inflate. Then measure it to make sure it's the correct thickness. The mattress we purchased was supposed to be 12 inches, but only inflated to about 10. Amazon customer support was phenomenal though when I reached out to them and gave us a couple different options to make it right.
