No it's not
I don't have this (yet) but just type in both brands + convertor into youtube and that should give you more help than people in here comparing this body to a cell phone. I know they make conversion rings to go from one company's lens to another company's body but there's more to it than just a mechanical fit nowadays with the electronics involved with autofocus and image stabilization, those finer caveats will be in the plethora of photographer youtube vids out there.
