People may think this sounds expensive for pliers. If you know, you know.

I wish it was a different size combination. The 6" and 7" are pretty much interchangeable.

I'm guessing these are for professionals? As a weekend warrior, my crescent brand is fine for me.
Maybe if I was in the trade...

Paying for name just like snap-on or proto….
I own these and I don't know their name. They are so nice to use. I use them for so many things I normally wouldn't use pliers for, a long with things I normally would. They are so versatile.

Thanks you saved me. Was about to buy, they are supposed to be from deutschland. For all we know cheap Chinese counterfeit junk.
Knipex is made in Germany. Amazon incorrectly lists items all the time.

Only if the hand you try to use has functioning digits. Otherwise, you'd be better with a hook...

Cobras have different angle. I only have a 10" cobra and I have used them as pliers and wrench substitutes. They've worked great so far but there will be that one time you wish you had the other type

Watch the project farm review of these to see how they stack up against the competition. If I'm not mistaken there's one company from Nebraska making pliers that are better than the rest by far, but not cheap.

FYI I have the 6 inch, and it is very small, I can only fit 3 fingers on the handle. The 7, and the 10, are probably the only ones out of this set that would be useful in the majority if cases.
6 is the best for a shirt pocket
