There is a reason these retail at $500, it'll be the nicest vacuum you've ever owned, better hose, flexible power cord, easy disassembly for cleaning, usable attachments and durable as hell.

It's big, bulky, and heavy. It's loud.
I only have one room with carpet and the rest hardwood.
On the hardwood it wants to just throw stuff around instead of picking it up.
On the carpet it's useless because the suction sucks down so hard that you can't get the sweeper to move.
So it's been a useless piece of crap at our house.
