No fluffy head, fyi. No idea how they call this "complete" without that. For those with hard floors the fluffy head is a must. If you've never used one before, you don't know what you're missing.

I pulled the trigger not realizing that fact. yeah I am not sure how they can call it "complete" without that... I am hoping 1) it ships 2) I can argue on that fact and get it after. Even with that fact, it is still a good deal. Just a matter of comparison, Costco will have the v11 torque w/ 7 attachments (not sure if there is any difference with this deal if this isn't a true complete) for $499 for their holiday/thanksgiving sale.

I used to think cordless vacuums were shit, until I purchased one with decent power. Will it beat a corded standup vac in a suction test? no.. but the convenience is def worth the price.

I almost never take the corded one out if ever anymore.

This is a crazy good deal. I got our V11 Torque this summer on a small sale cause we needed a new vacuum ($650? I think I paid) and I don't regret it one bit. We have a large family, two huge dogs, and a lot of sq footage and robot vacuums keep everything pretty clean. Where the V11 torque is fantastic is stairs and deep cleaning all the area rugs. It's INSANE how much dirt, hair, and dander this thing pulls out of a rug. You'll probably want the bigger sized one if you're vacuuming a carpeted house, but for specific use you can't beat this vacuum. I was skeptical when we got it but it's just amazing. Also great for cars, pet areas, and anything else, a lot of utility with all the attachments.
