I would not do any activity in these shoes other than walking. The lack of grip, zero mid foot support, and an unstable heel makes it pretty dangerous for any serious workout

Dang, I just paid $40 on the last deal that was posted for these shoes. Does anyone know if Nike customer service will refund the difference?

I did the same and chatted with support for 5 minutes to get the credit applied.

Not saying this is made for runners, it's not. I'd say more for a casual fitness/lounge shoe. This not a shoe you want for heavy lifts and lateral movement.
