Was able to see it and go to checkout with it for $94.99 including 5% edu discount. The problem others are having is they're not switching the color to Silver or Pink Gold. It defaults to Graphite which isn't discounted. Once you switch the color it will work with no problem. Great deal.

They asked me to call:

"Customer support/Order support - 1-855-726-8721 (24/7)"

From there they redirect me to SAMSUNG DIRECT which they were able to resend me the eCertificates via email (I never received it the first time). Hope this helps.

I thought about doing this as well, but the LCD screen on the S8 is significantly worse than the OLED on the S4. Given that I mostly use my S4 for movies etc on planes and for some night time reading, I resisted the urge to get the S8. The S4 is still going really strong!

Samsung has made little if any improvements in their Tab S tablets since 2015.🙂

I got no instructions or label for sending in the traded tablet.
The Order online does not have a "print label" link as described in Samsung's FAQ.
Status of trade-in line item in the order shows "CREATED"
If I click the diagonal arrows on the trad-in line item it opens a new blank tab with "about:blank#blocked"
Support chat just sends me back to the orders page.
I tried several browsers.

This is my first trade-in with Samsung. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Any suggestions on how/where to send my trade-in?
