Ive seen some of those videos. Most recently of the 4090. Newegg made general statements about not monitoring the returns properly and changed their internal policies and then the 4090 one happened. There's almost no way anyone even had time to buy a 4090 and return it. Who knows what happened on that one.

It's a shame because Newegg was THE computer parts store for a generation.

Good deal, $10 less than a month ago. Honestly at this point the 3090 (and to a lesser extent 6950) are pretty cheap like 320-350 more than this. I'd probably try and figure out a way to buy those instead.

This card is twice as fast as my current 5600XT. I could probably sell the 5600 for $175 or so I guess. This MSRP on this card is $649.00 according to a quick google search so this is well below that.

Any opinions on this or an Asus 6700XT for $360 for 1440p / 60fps?

Seems like this might be overkill, but $ for fps is close and simple ray tracing may be possible on this card.

I never said it wasn't. I'm just saying with the decrease in price of the much more powerful 3090, I'd probably just do that. These aren't really dropping much anymore, it was $530 a month ago, 530 was a good price and this is a good price. I bought my 6900XT for 670 dollars in early September and I like it but I'm not wowed by it, when the drivers work the card is amazing but every release AMD breaks something. Im still using drivers from May because they're the only ones that somewhat work in all games I play. I wish i had waited for a 3080ti or 3090, as much as I dislike Nvidia they definitely put more effort into the compatibility

This is a really good price for a really good 1440p graphics card. You can easily expect 120+ frames with high settings at 1440p without FSR

They've been on my never-again black list for at least a decade at this point because of all their shady shit. They have not improved at all despite promises to outlets like Gamer's Nexus.

Yes they have. If you buy a new item from newegg you'll get a new item. If you buy from a 3rd party seller like almost all the people complaining, you're gonna risk getting scammed, just like 3rd party at Walmart or 3rd party on Amazon.

I bought a 6900xt from them no issues, I rma'd it and and they refunded me and I bought another one without issue.
