I've been watching these monitors for a while these are the best prices they have been. I personally don't think they will be cheaper on BF because they are already budget monitors and occasionally provide $30-$50 discounts that stack with EPP/EDU. I looked at previous BF and they usually discount older monitors they are trying to get rid of, these are 2022 models. I think it would be a safe bet to buy now if you need one.

Edit: The M8 is also on sale for $476.99 with EPP/EDU if you're looking for that version. I personally didn't like the limited ports and micro-hdmi (no standard HDMI). The screen is supposedly better though (400 nits vs 300 on these). So I went with the M7

I'm pretty sure I was able to get the 32 inch M7 from B&H last month for $220 with no employee or student discount required.

I can definitely see that price happening again near Black Friday.

I think that was the 2021 version. I checked previous links and it's a different model number

Oh good eye. I'm not sure if there's much difference between the M7 A and the M7B refresh. I think they added microphones to support voice commands for Bixby.

Still 300 nits. The meaningful improvements come from the new model they introduced, the M8.

Yeah the M8 has 400 nits, but the B&H 2021 version I believe had 250 nits and this one is 300. A lot of people complained about the brightness from the 2021 version so we'll see if this 2022 version is any better. I personally don't think the M8 is worth it because of the limited ports and price premium for not much difference over the new M7. The advantages would be a brighter screen and a better adjustable stand and probably some other minor stuff.

Sheesh Is there no way to get a TV without the built in Alexa/Bixby/etc these days.... Wasn't expecting it on a monitor even if it is a smart one.

Any real difference for the 43 inch monitor from last year? The 43 inch one is so good, but i'd rather get a second gaming 43" monitor

Here is the Rtings comparison of the M7 and M8.

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/to...shold=0.10

Rtings reviewed the 43" M7 if that matters. which it might to some
Rtings went with the M8, though one could argue either way.

A major upgrade for 2022 is it can play Xbox live cloud games. Just hook an Xbox controller up and play. It's not quite smooth 60fps but it's decent for a kids room.
(I have the 21 & 22 43" versions)

I have it, and it doesn't support that.
