1. It's an HP
2. It doesn't have a GPU
3. The MSI is infinitely superior
Enough said.
Edit: Now that it's been erased, OP was asking about an HP w/o a GPU and very similar specs for $50 cheaper.
Edit2: Price of the HP just dropped to $799, so now this post is irrelevant. Apple vs Orange, GPU vs no GPU.
No clue about the motherboard. What's throwing it off is they are advertising Wifi 6E instead of just 6. That helps limit the options.

But yes, these deals are much appreciated, even if it's still not quite the exact one I'm gonna pull the trigger on.
can I replace the power supply?

The only thing that matters is the gpu 3060.
A performance pc is built around the gpu.
A 3060 Black Friday sale should be $800 or less.
A non Black Friday sale for a 3060 should be $900 or less.
Looking at your $800-$900 recommendation, the CPU would have to drop to an i3 12th gen, and ram down to 16GB, along with an equivalent or better GPU at a good deal. Otherwise a well capable gaming rig. Is that what you had in mind?
Do they do price adjustment for Black Friday?

The case is just a MAG FORGE 100M, it is going to have two 3.5" and three 2.5" bays.
